Proposed 2026 Euclid Municipal Court Local Rules

Comments Requested: The Euclid Municipal Court will accept public comments until December 22, 2025, on the proposed amendments to The Euclid Municipal Court 2026 Local Rules.

Comments on the proposed amendments should be submitted in writing or via email to: Clerk of Court, Euclid Municipal Court, 555 East 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123, or info@euclidmunicourt.com no later than December 22, 2025. Please include your full name and mailing address in any comments submitted by email.

 

**Effective January 1, 2026 the filing fee to Reissue Certified Mail will increase to $20.00. Additionally, the Jury Demand Deposit on a civil case will increase to $975.00.**
